2023 Same You Challenge!

Resolutions? Here we go again. We try every year. I'm tired of writing
the same thing and feeling let down. I want to try an experiment with
you in blog land. Let's celebrate us while doing this challenge.
4 Steps to Your Bliss for 2023
Step 1: How about accepting yourself just as you are? Huh? Yes. This will lessen the anxiety of being an overachiever. You can embrace where you are on your journey and life path.
Step 2: Make a list of all the terrific things you accomplished or ways you helped others in 2022. Do you feel good yet? You should.
Step 3: List two intentional and doable goals/things that you want to bring into your life. This would be brushing your teeth after each meal, adding 20 minutes to your walk routine, or reading one book for the year. Easy stuff.
You get what I mean. Select things you might delay but don't need to leave your place or start the car. Resist conquering the world so you can give yourself some prolonged doses of self-compassion.
Step 4: Lastly, celebrate your HUGE win! Celebrate what you did and share it back here in our community. Celebrate in Community! It will create a wave of self-love and compassion that's mind-blowing.
